The house is located in Neon Oitylon, a coastal settlement of the Laconic Mani, 1.5 km from cosmopolitan Limeni and 6 km from historic Areopolis. It is built directly in front of the sea in stone, wood, and tiles, combining luxury with tradition.

The building has three levels. On the first level, we find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and a terrace with magnificent views and access to the beach. On the second floor, we find a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with magnificent sea view.

On the third floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed. Finally, on the large terrace, there is a fully equipped outdoor living room suitable for moments of relaxation/coffee/dining overlooking the bay.
